Shipments and returns :

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo Expert with requiered signature (to Europe and DOM TOM) and without signature for the rest of the world.

How to track your package?
You can follow the progress of your parcel, by entering your tracking number in the following link: https://www.coliposte.net 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

The products will be sent to the delivery address that you gave when you made the order.

Tortue de Mer can not be held responsable for any delays or problems by the postal services. All claims must be made through the services of La Poste.
