Size Guide
We like your clothes to feel airy and comfortable, so no need to pull your tape too tight. It's often easier for someone else to get the tape measure in the right place, so try measuring with a friend.
Bust : place the tape measure under your arms over your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust. remember to breathe out first... relax!
Waist : Measure around your natural waist. Singing helps!
Hips : Measure around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of the leg, at about 20cm / 8 inches below your natural waist.

Colour disclaimer
Although we do our very best to make sure the colours printed on our website are accurate, actual colours will vary. The colours on the website should be considered close renditions to the actual colours available but cannot be considered to be 100% accurate. In adidtion, subtle colour differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and display cards. To see the real colour for yourself please pop into our shop in old Nice we'd be happy to see you. Open everyday (10.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday and from 13.00 to 19.00 on Sundays) and closed for the month of January when we take our annual break.

When ordering, remember that age is not always an accurate guide to sizes.
The height of your child generally gives a better indication of which size to buy (particularly for toddlers). All Tortue de Mer garments are easy-fitting light cotton and should be worn a little loose and comfortable. If in doubt please order the bigger size. It is best to check all body parts against our size charts above. All measurements are in centimeters. We do attempt to reproduce colours as true to life as we possibly can but the occasional variations in shade are characteristics of the fabric and should not to be considered as defects.
